Safety is woven into Maxton’s culture. We actively promote an injury-free environment and provide the safest workplace possible for our employees, subcontractors, clients and others who enter (or are in close proximity to our construction sites). Through continuous training and education programs, we provide employees and partners with the tools, knowledge and resources they need to increase safety, reduce risk and improve loss control on every project we manage.

Quality control is paramount at Maxton. Our quality-assurance process is built to enable the company to oversee and review every aspect of every project – while simultaneously coordinating the work of its experienced and robust network of strategic partners. We also conduct continuous project review that actively involve our clients.
