Kevin J. Cunningham
President and Founder

Since founding Maxton in 1997, Kevin Cunningham has successfully built a company with revenue growth of over 400% in the last three years. Mr. Cunningham has successfully identified, acquired and integrated four complimentary companies into Maxton. Prior to Maxton, Mr. Cunningham was a Regional Sales Director for General Dynamics Wireless Division where he cultivated and managed large programs. Prior to General Dynamics, Mr. Cunningham co-founded Cellular Specialties, Inc., a provider of products and services for in-building wireless networks worldwide. Mr. Cunningham holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from University of Maine.

Lucy Jen
Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Jen oversees Maxton’s financial operations and planning. She is instrumental in maintaining a financial infrastructure which suits the growing needs of the company. Over the course of her thirty-five year career, Ms. Jen has maintained leadership position in a variety of key finance areas such as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Financial Planning and Auditing. Before joining Maxton, Ms. Jen held financial leadership positions at Sodexho, Nortel Networks, Johnson & Johnson and Boston Water & Sewer Commission. Ms. Jen holds an MBA from Simmons College and a bachelor’s degree from Tunghai University.

Brian Logan
General Manager

Mr. Logan is responsible for implementing and managing all major projects. Prior to joining Maxton, Mr. Logan was a Program Manager for Nationalgrid Wireless where he successfully oversaw a staff of 80 employees, 30 General Contractors and 20 A&E Firms. Mr. Logan was responsible for site design, implementation and management in the Northeast Region ranging from Maine to Virginia. Prior to Nationalgrid Wireless, Mr. Logan held several leadership positions with Atlantic Western and Tectonic. Mr. Logan holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from RIT in Rochester, NY.

Gordon Govalet
Vice President, Baystate Design, Inc.

Mr. Govalet is responsible for management and day to day operations of Bay State Design, Inc., the Architect/Engineering arm of Maxton Technology. Prior to joining Maxton, Mr. Govalet was a Project Manager with Lucent Technologies for the AT&T / Cingular UMTS and network integration projects. Mr. Govalet's wireless experience includes program and engineering management positions at North Star Communications Group and Flour Corp. In addition to wireless networks, his telecommunications experience includes fiber optic networks, landline and public safety facility projects. Mr. Govalet’s experience also includes Structural Division Manager for Stone and Webster Engineering's Chicago office and Structural Engineer on utility power plant projects for Bechtel Power.

Mr. Govalet holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and is a Registered Professional Engineer.

Tom DiMatteo
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. DiMatteo has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, primarily in operational development, program management and quality assurance. Prior to taking on the C.O.O role at Maxton, Tom was the Vice President of Operations at General Dynamics Wireless Services. In that role, Tom was responsible for all operational activities including strategic planning and business development. Under Tom’s direction sales at GD Wireless increased 400% over a 3 year period. Before joining Maxton, Tom also was a managing partner of NPMI, a project management company providing site acquisition and construction services to Wireless providers. Tom has an extensive background in Program Management, team building and strategic planning.

Mr. DiMatteo has a BS in Mathematics and a Masters Degree in Management.
